Be prepared to move and speak. Bring warm clothes and a yoga mat, as we will be doing floor work. Once you sign up I will share a scene with you that we can use to work on.
I will bring my camera and film the scenes in the space for you to take away and use for self reflection.
Workshop fee: €45, (includes ALV 25.5%)
