EDUCATION & TRAINING
I first earned a Certificate of Distinction in Speech and Articulation from LAMDA before completing an MA in Acting at East 15 Acting School, where I also gained the equivalent of an MA in Radio.
To deepen my understanding of communication and human behaviour, I also hold diplomas in Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy, alongside a Certificate in Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking from Harvard University.
VOCALIST, Actor & COACH
With over thirty years of professional experience across theatre, music, film, and communication coaching, I’ve appeared before more than three and a half million people worldwide in productions for the National Theatre, Royal Opera House, Secret Cinema, and more.
Today, I use that experience to help others develop greater clarity, confidence, authority, and impact in the way they communicate.
Through my YouTube channel, I share practical tutorials on voice, communication, and performance. The channel now contains over 800 videos, has reached more than twenty million viewers worldwide, and continues to help people develop greater clarity, confidence and ease.
Alongside coaching, I lead workshops and presentations on public speaking and communication, and have worked as both a mentor and judge within Finland’s start-up community, including events at Maria 01, Microsoft Flux, DASH, and other innovation hubs, helping entrepreneurs and creatives strengthen their pitching and presentation skills.
In 2020, I reached the finals of the Nordic Business Forum Speaker Contest with a talk titled “The Future of Marketing.” Unfortunately, due to COVID, the live event was cancelled, and no winner was announced.
Alongside coaching and teaching, I continue to write and direct films that explore the absurdities, contradictions, and complexities of being human. My background in storytelling, scriptwriting, and performance helps me guide clients not only in how they speak but also in developing clearer ideas, stronger authenticity, and a more distinctive voice in the messages they communicate.
